Pickup and manifest
Pickup requests and manifests group by courier and warehouse. Where the carrier supports it, JustShyp pushes pickup, manifest and label generation instead of leaving a local-only record.
NDR queue
Initiated, RTO and closed. Seller actions — reattempt, RTO, update phone or address — persist, then go to the carrier when the adapter implements the instruction.
Rate cards
Zones, volumetric slabs, COD as max(fixed handling, % of collectable), RTO with forward fallback, and 18% GST. Seller overrides beat the plan default.
Wallet ledger
Hold, credit and debit primitives. Ship, cancel refund, RTO freight, COD charge refund and extra-weight accept all post named entries. Razorpay recharge for float.
Warehouses
Seller-owned pickup locations. A default warehouse is used when the payload omits one. Serviceability is drop plus pickup pincode when both rows exist.
Channels and account
Shopify and WooCommerce connect and sync. KYC, company, banks, sessions and API keys live under account — the same seller the public v3 token belongs to.
