What we collect
Account data (name, email, company, KYC and bank details you submit), warehouse and shipment payloads (addresses, phone numbers, SKUs, weights), channel tokens for Shopify or WooCommerce, wallet and recharge records, and technical logs needed to run the API.
Why
To create labels, assign couriers, debit the wallet, show tracking, remit COD, and support your tickets. Courier partners receive the subset required to move the packet. Payment processors receive recharge details. We do not sell seller or consignee lists.
Retention
Shipment and ledger records are kept for tax, dispute and audit windows. You may request export or deletion of account data subject to legal holds on financial records.
