The service
JustShyp is a courier aggregator. We transmit shipping instructions to third-party carriers. Transit times, NDR outcomes and last-mile performance belong to those carriers. We debit and credit your wallet according to the rate card in force at ship, cancel, RTO and extra-weight accept.
Your account
You must provide accurate KYC and pickup details. API keys are secrets; rotate them if exposed. You are responsible for the contents, value declaration and legality of parcels you tender.
Billing
Freight, 18% GST and COD charges are calculated from the rate card and written on the shipment. Wallet must cover a successful ship. Postpaid, if enabled, is a credit arrangement we can withdraw. Disputed weights follow the in-product accept / dispute flow.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, JustShyp is not liable for carrier loss, delay or damage beyond passing through the carrier’s documented claim path. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
